Your primary care provider, Sara Headley

Sara Headley, FNP-C

Founder
Family Nurse Practitioner (APRN)

As  a former professional cyclist, Sara brings a unique blend of athletic discipline and compassionate healthcare to her practice. Her career started with rotations at UVM Medical Center and then took her first role as a registered nurse in a cardiology unit. Looking for a new challenge, she became an emergency room nurse in Baltimore while training and racing as an elite road cyclist. Her passion brought her to the highest level in the sport, racing for trade teams and for the US National team all over the world. The traveling lifestyle of a professional athlete forced her to learn how to take care of herself to perform at her best.
