Menopause Care at Mint Health
We're thrilled to announce an exciting addition to our healthcare team!
Sarah Bouchard, APRN is a Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Menopause Provider who is joining our team the first week in September.
Meet Sarah Bouchard
Sarah has a wealth of experience in women's health and runs her own practice in Bristol, Monarch Health, where she counsels women through the midlife transition. Her approach is refreshingly personal and preventive, helping women navigate their health journeys with confidence and support.
As a specialist in sexual and reproductive health with certification in menopause care, Sarah understands the profound impact hormones have on nearly every system in the body. Her expertise includes:
Hormone Therapy: FDA-approved treatments alongside non-hormonal therapies and lifestyle modifications
Preventive Care: Holistic strategies to reduce risks of cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, dementia, and cancer
Quality of Life Improvements: Addressing fatigue, weight concerns, hot flashes, and mood fluctuations
How Sarah Will Enhance Our Practice
Speciality Clinic and On-Call Coverage
Patients of Mint Health and other community members can book a visit with Sarah on Tuesdays from 9a-2p starting September 2nd, 2025. These visits can either be billed to your insurance or paid out-of-pocket if you do not have insurance. If you are not a patient of Mint Health, please call to schedule. A membership fee is not associated with the consult.
Also, if Sara Headley is sick or away from office, Sarah Bouchard is going to provide excellent on-call coverage.
